Board  Local Labor Development - La Montaña

The Local Labor Development Board - La Montaña, has as its goal the development of a system of opportunities and innovation in harmony with the needs of the region made up of the municipalities of Barranquitas, Cidra, Corozal, Naranjito and Orocovis._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ These Municipalities are located in the central area of the island.  For this reason, we direct our efforts to prepare our workforce with those skills and knowledge that can facilitate obtaining a employment anywhere in Puerto Rico and the world, becoming individuals independent of the government aid system. 

Through the integration of all these services, we will benefit people who seek training and employment in rural and difficult-to-serve areas, we will meet the needs of employers and our Local Workforce Development Area, and we will contribute to the economic recovery and future of Puerto Rico.
